Responsible Travel and Marine Mammal Protection
Wild for Dolphins is a website that can help you make informed decisions about travel plans that involve dolphins and other marine mammals (i.e., small whales, porpoises, seals and sea lions) by providing practical and up-to-date information and resources.
The goal is to ensure travelers understand the facts before making their decision to participate in, and therefore support, the captive marine mammal industry. Wild for Dolphins believes that marine mammals should no longer be captured or bred for entertainment purposes and captive marine mammal exhibits should be phased out in the future. We also strongly support ethically and ecologically responsible alternatives to viewing and learning about marine mammals, such as responsible wildlife watching tours.

The Case Against Marine Mammals in Captivity, 2009 (PDF, 2 MB) : a comprehensive report published by the World Society for the Protection of Animals and the Humane Society, highlights scientific and ethical arguments against keeping marine mammals in captivity.
